3. Account Registration

5. Subscription and Payment

- All fees are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated

- All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable

6.3 Data Export
You may export Your Content at any time. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

Productrue, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom and international treaties.
7.2 Limited Licence
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide 99.9% platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend services for:
- Scheduled maintenance (with reasonable notice)
- Emergency repairs
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Exclusions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
