Important Notice: This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding contract between you and Truethinks Ltd. By using the Productrue software, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read carefully before proceeding.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Truethinks Ltd. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You retain all ownership rights to User Data you upload to the Software. By uploading User Data, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and display such data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide regarding the Software may be used by us without obligation to you.
