6. Subscriptions and Payment

6.1 Free Tier

We offer a free tier with limited features. Free accounts may be subject to usage limits and restrictions as described on our pricing page.

6.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

6.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

6.4 Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund period for new subscriptions in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. After this period, refunds are provided at our discretion.

6.5 Price Changes

We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding your Content), features, and functionality are owned by truethinks and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics providers). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, truethinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless truethinks from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, we may delete your Content after a reasonable period. You should export your data before terminating your account.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve the matter informally.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and truethinks regarding the Service.
